Refund Policy 

Reservations: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your booking.

Final Payment: Full payment is due no later than 10 days before the tour date.

​

Cancellations: Cancellations made 30 days  or more before departure may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit). No refunds for cancellations made within 10 days of the tour.

Changes: Date changes are subject to availability and may incur a fee.

​

No Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows on the tour day.

​

Minimum Travelers: Tours require a minimum number of participants. If not met, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
