Booking: Deposit is non-refundable. Full payment due 10 days before tour.
Cancellations: No refunds within 10 days of the tour. No-shows are non-refundable.
Itinerary Changes: We may adjust plans due to weather, safety, or logistics.
Travel Documents: You’re responsible for your passport, visas, vaccines, and travel insurance.
Liability: We’re not liable for injury, illness, theft, or lost items. Participation is at your own risk.
Photos: We may take photos/videos for promotional use unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
Agreement: Booking confirms you accept these terms.
